Under Article 45 (1) of the Act on Special Measures for Pandemic Influenza and New Infectious Diseases Preparedness and Response (Act on Special Measures), other than going to hospitals, buying food, going to work, and doing other essential activities, we request that Tokyo residents, as a general rule, refrain from going out.
